EVEL KNIEVEL - MAGAZINES & BROCHURES (9 ITEMS)

These magazines and brochures were sold on eBay on December 16, 2007 by Doug Malewicki, the inventor/engineer of the SkyCycle X-1, who worked with Evel Knievel, the internationally renowned daredevil and famed LAST GLADIATOR from 1968 through 1973.

Doug included all the magazines & color brochures on Evel that I possess in one auction.  These items are in great shape, which I hope is evident from the pictures.

Included are:

1. No date - Marvel Comics - "Evel Knievel"

2. December 1969 - Car Life - "The next crash you hear will be Evel Knievel" (6 page article)

3. November 1971 - Harley Davidson Enthusiast - "Color him great"

4. July 1973 - Science & Mechanics - "How I plan to jump the Snake River Canyon!" (4 page article)

5. Sept-Oct 1974 - Harley Davidson Enthusiast - "Knievel and the canyon"

6. September 16, 1974 - Sports Illustrated - "We shoulda run one more test" (4 page article)

7. 1975 - Harley Davidson motorcycle brochure - "There is a little Evel in all of us."

8. Sept/Oct 1998 - Pop Smear - "Evel Knievel" (cover + 9 pages)

9. October 1998 - Car and Driver - "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evel" (5 page  article)
