Currently, CanoSOARus is manufactured three different ways:
#CANO - Color silk screen printing inks applied directly to the white foam (least expensive).
#C2000 - Offset printing on a FILM that is bonded to the foam (high quality printing, reverses available). GLITTER, gold and silver Metallic films also available.
#F2000 - CanoSOARus (high quality offset film printing with extra costs for color separations).

FOAM is flexible. It should only be printed with simple artwork using reasonable font sizes.

The above is a sample of silk screen printing on FOAM enlarged 200%. This level of quality is more than acceptable for most purchasers and is the lowest cost. The above is a sample of offset printing on FILM enlarged 200%. Note the crisper, finer quality of the small type and the use of a printed colored reverse background (tan).

#CANO - Samples of color silk screen printing directly on the white FOAM
The four CanoSOARus shown on the top of this page are all silk screen printed directly on to the white FOAM. Minimum order is 100 units.

#C2000 - Samples of offset printing on FILM
A full wrap laminate. Multi color imprint (up to 5 colors).
Solid Full Bleed backgrounds available. Able to print fine lines and small details.

This is two color offset printing on FILM. Yellow is printed as the REVERSE color, while the letters are red.	This is one color printing. A black REVERSE is printed on standard white film. (MMM? It should give the Batman 5 movie people some good ideas!)	This is two color offset printing on standard white film.
